This Intellectual Property Policy describes the ownership, permitted use, and protection of intellectual property associated with the Taychproa platform and services available at taychproa.com. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Ownership of Platform Content

All content, materials, and resources published on the Taychproa platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Taychproa or its respective licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Workshop curricula, lesson plans, and structured learning programs
• Written instructional content, guides, and reference materials
• Interactive exercises, practical assignments, and assessment tools
• Visual design elements, graphics, illustrations, and multimedia assets
• Software, source code, algorithms, and platform functionality
• Trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names
• Databases, data compilations, and structured content collections

Nothing on this platform shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any intellectual property belonging to Taychproa or any third party beyond what is explicitly stated in this policy or in a separate written agreement.

2. Trademarks and Brand Identity

The name Taychproa, the Taychproa logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of Taychproa. These marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or activity that is not affiliated with Taychproa, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, disparagement, or misrepresentation.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and company names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the platform does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless explicitly stated.

3. Licensed Use for Registered Users

3.1 Scope of License

Upon registering for and maintaining an active account on the Taychproa platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3.2 Permitted Activities

• Viewing, reading, and engaging with course and workshop materials within the platform interface
• Completing assignments, exercises, and assessments as part of enrolled programs
• Downloading materials only where an explicit download option is provided
• Sharing personal notes or summaries derived from platform content for individual study purposes

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Taychproa:

• Reproducing, copying, or duplicating any platform content in whole or in part
• Distributing, publishing, or making platform content available to any third party
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works from platform content
• Using platform content for commercial purposes, including resale, licensing, or instruction
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of content or data from the platform
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the platform on another website or application

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership by Users

You retain ownership of any original content you submit, upload, or create directly on the Taychproa platform, including responses to assignments, forum contributions, and collaborative project work.

4.2 License Granted to Taychproa

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Taychproa a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the platform and its educational services.

4.3 Content Standards

You represent and warrant that any content you submit to the platform:

• Is your original work or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions
• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Does not contain confidential information belonging to others without their consent
• Complies with all applicable laws and the Taychproa Terms of Service

5. Copyright Infringement and Takedown Procedure

5.1 Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content available on the Taychproa platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to our designated contact. Your notice must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the specific material on the platform that you allege is infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law
• A statement, made under penalty of applicable law, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

5.2 Response Process

Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, Taychproa will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content while the matter is investigated. We will notify the user who submitted the content of the action taken.

5.3 Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you submitted was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our contact address. A valid counter-notice must include your identification, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of applicable law that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court to resolve the dispute.

6. Open Source and Third-Party Components

The Taychproa platform may incorporate open source software components or third-party libraries. Such components remain subject to their respective licenses, which may differ from the terms governing Taychproa's proprietary content. Where required by applicable open source licenses, attribution notices and license texts are made available within the platform or upon request.

The inclusion of third-party components does not grant users any additional rights with respect to Taychproa's proprietary content or platform functionality.

7. Confidential Educational Materials

Certain workshop materials, case scenarios, and instructional resources available on the platform are designated as confidential and are shared exclusively with enrolled participants for educational purposes. You agree not to disclose, share, or reproduce such designated materials outside of the platform environment without explicit written consent from Taychproa.

8. Enforcement and Remedies

Taychproa actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of platform content or violation of this policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your platform account
• Demand for cessation of infringing activity and removal of infringing materials
• Legal action seeking injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs
• Referral to appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is involved

Taychproa reserves all rights not expressly granted under this policy. Any failure to enforce a particular provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of Taychproa's right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

9. Requests for Permission

If you wish to use platform content in a manner not permitted under this policy, you may submit a written request to Taychproa describing the intended use, the specific materials involved, the scope and duration of the proposed use, and the commercial or non-commercial nature of the activity. Taychproa will review such requests at its sole discretion and may grant or deny permission with or without conditions.

10. Changes to This Policy
